    Dirk Belda

    Knowledge Transfer

    Dirk Belda has been on part-time secondment at the Fritz Bauer Institute since the 2024/25 school year.
    He studied History and Sports Science for the teaching profession in Berlin and then completed his education at the Studienseminar Marburg. Since 2007, he has been teaching at the Adolf-Reichwein-Gymnasium in Heusenstamm, where he headed the history department for several years.

    Areas of Work

    • Designing educational programs, learning arrangements, guided tours and workshops
    • University-level history education
    • Remembrance and teaching of the history of the Holocaust and National Socialism in a school context
    • Local and regional Jewish history during the Nazi era
