Alina Sophie Hock is part of the project »The banks and the Jews. On the role of the Frankfurter Sparkasse von 1822, the Städtische Sparkasse Frankfurt and the Polytechnische Gesellschaft under National Socialism« (working title) (PD Dr. phil. Friederike Sattler) as a student assistant for the Fritz Bauer Institute. She is studying for a bachelor's degree in history at GoetheUniversity Frankfurt. She is particularly interested in theconditions and prerequisites for the emergence of totalitarian structures of power.
