Martina Sichelschmidt has been a volunteer staff member of the Fritz Bauer Institute’s library since 2017.
She graduated at the University of Applied Sciences for Librarianship in Cologne with a diploma in librarianship for the higher service in academic libraries. She studied history, Russian and educational science at the Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main and passed the state examination for teaching at grammar schools. She then worked in IT project planning at the Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit in Eschborn and was later head of the library of a marketing agency. Until 2015 she was an Information Officer and Research Assistant at a bank.
